The emphasis of the class is on fluidity through the breath and awareness through the body. In every class we flow creatively through all groups of creating full body transformation, circulation and centering. Chakra work, Pranayama, Mantra, Yoga Nidra and Meditation are integrated within the practice.
Classes are in English language. Daily morning & afternoon practice integrating nature explorations.
Irana JI An is born Greek Argentinian Yogin with practice since 1993 and teaching- understanding experience from 2003, she founded Paros Yoga Shala, and developed AnapnoeYoga® approaches to teaching yoga as sacred movement.
Her unique style integrates breath, alignment and anatomical awareness to draw the student into their inner experience of each posture. Exploring both traditional form and more deconstructed, 'freestyle'.
